摘  要:为了解内蒙古中西部地区在校大学生对于食源性寄生虫的认识情况,对该区域大学生展开问卷调查。调查共发放问卷3000份,回收有效问卷2757份,问卷有效率91.90%。结果显示,66.34%(1829例)大学生对于食源性寄生虫不太了解;51.29%(1414例)从不关注或有时关注食源性寄生虫的相关知识;而对于食源性寄生虫的大部分种类,只有不到半数的大学生有所了解;对于食源性寄生虫病的症状,多数大学生认识较为模糊。总体而言,被调查大学生对食源性寄生虫的认识程度有待提高。研究为有针对性地加强宣传教育,保障食品安全提供数据参考。The questionnaire surveys for undergraduates from the central-western areas of Inner Mongolia to understand the cognition degree of food-borne parasite of them were conducted.About 3000 questionnaires were issued,2757 of them were taken back,and the effective rate was 91.90%.The results indicated that 66.34%(1829 samples)of them knew foodborne parasite a little;51.29%(1414 samples)sometimes or never focused on the knowledge on food-borne parasite;For the most of species of parasite,less than half of the students knew about;The majority of the college students knew the symptoms caused by food-borne parasite vaguely.In short,the cognition degree on food-borne parasite of college students from this area should be enhanced.Some references for enhancing propaganda and education purposefully and ensuring food security were provided.
