基于扎根理论的平台企业与技术新创企业合作创新过程路径研究

摘　　要：随着互联网技术和电子商务的高速发展,传统商业模式体系随之发生了巨大变化,在位平台型企业与新晋技术创新型企业面临同样的资源、技术、创新和成本等问题,两类企业的合作创新可以在一定程度上解决上述问题,而厘清该两类企业合作创新路径是本研究的主要目的。文中基于网络拼凑理论和资源依赖理论,采用扎根理论多案例质性研究方法,以小米科技-华米科技、腾讯-优必选两个合作创新案例为研究对象,探讨了平台企业与技术新创企业之间的合作创新过程路径。研究发现二者合作创新的过程路径包含合作启动、双元拼凑、网络拼凑3个部分。合作启动是前置条件,双元拼凑是核心内容,网络拼凑是重要补充。本研究丰富了网络拼凑理论和模块化相关文献,揭示了平台企业对技术新创企业的赋能合作过程,为平台企业与新创企业合作创新提供了理论指导。With the development of internet technology and e-business,traditional business model has changed relatively.Both incumbent platform companies and new technology innovative companies have faced similar problems on resource,technology,innovation and cost.The cooperation between the two kinds of companies could well solve such problems.This study is to explain the cooperation path between platform and technology start-up enterprises.Based on the network patching theory and the resource dependence theory,this paper adopted the grounded theory multi-case qualitative research method,and took the two cooperative innovation cases of Xiaomi Technology-Huami Technology and Tencent Youxuan as the research objects,and discussed the path of collaborative innovation processes between start-ups and the platform enterprise.The study found that the path of collaborative innovation processes between the two includes cooperative start-up,double patchwork and network patchwork.Collaborative start-up is a prerequisite,double patchwork is the core content,and network patchwork is an important addition.This research enriched the network patching theory and modular related literature,revealed the licensing cooperation process of platform enterprises to technology start-up companies,and provided theoretical guidance for the cooperative innovation of platform enterprises and start-ups.
