摘　　要：自"广东一流高职院校建设计划"实施以来,深圳职业技术学院等18所建设单位通过树立共同愿景、践行组合策略、实施绩效价值导向的目标管理和辐射带动发展,显著促进了内涵建设。但是,由于周期短、任务重等因素,面临着保障性政策乏力、"放管服"体制机制改革艰巨、"专业-产业"契合度有待提升、高水平师资引培问题突出、国际化发展广度与深度不足、产教融合深度不够等问题。鉴于此,在未来发展中应针对以上六个问题予以重点突破。Since the implementation of the plan of "the Construction of First-class Higher Vocational Colleges in Guangdong", 18 colleges such as Shenzhen Polytechnic have actively promoted the connotation construction of Guangdong higher vocational colleges by building common vision, implementing mixed strategies and performance-oriented goal management, giving prominence to its radiate and driving function. However, due to the short construction period and heavy tasks, they are faced with six problems mainly in weak policy support, arduous reform of the system mechanism of "decentralization, supervision and service", the needs of improvement in the fit degree of "profession-industry", prominent problem of attracting and training of high-level teacher staff, insufficient in breadth and depth of international development, and the integration of production and education not deep. In view of this, the six aspects above should make a key breakthrough in the future development.
