摘　　要：辅导员是开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,在大学生的思想政治教育体系中、成长成才过程中扮演着重要角色。通过对顾客满意度指数模型研究背景与在高等教育中的研究现状中的回顾,我们从两个方面探讨了满意度模型构建对辅导员开展思想政治教育工作的必要性,从四个维度分析了影响辅导员开展思想政治教育学生满意度的因素,为进一步探讨加强和改进辅导员思想政治教育工作奠定基础。Counselors are the backbone of the ideological and political education of college students, and play an important role in the ideological and political education system of college students and in the process of growing up and becoming talents. By reviewing the research background of the customer satisfaction index model and the research status in higher education, we explore the necessity of constructing a satisfaction model for mentors to conduct ideological and political education from two aspects, and analyze it from four dimensions.Factors that affect the satisfaction of counsellors in conducting ideological and political education and lay a foundation for further discussion on strengthening and improving the counselor’s ideological and political education.
