孕中期唐氏筛查及产前诊断结果分析

摘　　要：目的分析孕中期唐氏筛查及产前诊断结果。方法选择2018年1月至2018年12月在本院进行产检的孕妇1 430例作为研究对象,均进行唐氏筛查,对阳性产妇进行羊水细胞染色体分析核型诊断。结果在1 430例产妇中,唐氏筛查阳性率为8.88%,其中NTD阳性率为2.31%,18-三体综合征阳性率为0.84%,21-三体综合征阳性率为5.73%;<25岁阳性率为5.86%,25~29岁阳性率为6.35%,30~34岁阳性率为16.51%,≥35岁阳性率为29.33%;在127例接受羊水细胞染色体分析的产妇中,染色体异常率为13.39%,其中21-三体综合征47.06%,18-三体综合征11.76%。结论在孕中期进行唐氏筛查及产前诊断,有利于减少出生缺陷,提高新生儿质量。Objective To analyze the results of Down’ s screening and prenatal diagnosis in the middle of pregnancy. Methods 1 430 pregnant women who were examined in our hospital in January 2018 to December 2018 were all screened for Down’ s screening. Results Among 1 430 women, the positive rate of Down’ s screening was 8.88%, the positive rate of NTD was 2.31%, the positive rate of 18 tribody syndrome was 0.84%, and the positive rate of 21 tribody syndrome was 5.73%. The positive rate of <25 years was 5.86%, 25-29 years was 6.36%, 30-34 years was 16.51%,and ≥35 years was 29.33%. Chromosomal abnormality rate was 13.39% in 127 women undergoing chromosomal analysis of amniotic fluid cells, including 47.06% of 21 trisomal syndrome and 11.76% of 18 tribody syndrome. Conclusion Down’ s screening and prenatal diagnosis in the middle of pregnancy is helpful in reducing birth defects and improving neonatal quality.
