摘  要:以3038名大学生为试,采用问卷调查的方式,探讨校园压力与大学生学业倦怠的关系及其作用机制。结果表明:(1)校园压力各维度(学业压力、突发性消极生活事件、日常压力)和学业倦怠各维度(情绪低落、行为疏离)均呈显著正相关;(2)学业压力能显著正向预测情绪低落和行为疏离;突发性消极生活事件能显著正向预测行为疏离;日常压力对学业倦怠的各维度均没有预测作用;与突发性消极生活事件相比,学业压力对行为疏离的预测作用更大;(3)情绪低落在学业压力对行为疏离的影响中起完全中介作用。In this study,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 3,038 college students to explore the relationship between campus stress and college students'academic burnout and its mechanism.The results show that:(1)The dimensions of campus stress(academic stress,sudden negative life events,daily stress)and the dimensions of academic burnout(emotional depression,behavioral alienation)are significantly positive correlation;(2)Academic stress can significantly positively predict emotional depression and be⁃havioral alienation;Sudden negative life events can significantly positively predict behavioral alienation,while daily stress has no pre⁃dictive effect on all dimensions of academic burnout;Compared with sudden negative life events,academic pressure plays a more im⁃portant role in predicting behavioral alienation;(3)Emotional depression plays a completely mediating role in the influence of academ⁃ic pressure on behavioral alienation.
