摘　　要：目前,大部分高职院校开设大学生职业生涯规划课程,指导学生规划职业生涯,提升职业发展核心竞争力,虽然取得一定的成绩,但是教学内容比较固定,面对不同的教学对象很难满足学生在职业生涯规划上的不同需求。对高职院校学生职业生涯规划课程现状进行分析,尝试把团体辅导的理论与技术引入职业生涯规划教学过程中,在实践中进行探索。At present,most vocational colleges offer career planning courses for college students to guide students to plan their career andenhance the core competitiveness of career development.Although some achievements have been made,the teaching content is relativelyfixed,and it is difficult to meet the different needs of students incareer planning in the face of different teaching objects.This paperintends to analyze the current situation of vocational college stu-dents’ career planning course,and try to introduce the theory and technology of group counseling into the teaching process of career planning,and explore in practice.
