高校植物保护实验站园建设与管理探析--以山东农业大学为例

摘　　要：实践教学是植物保护专业本科教学的重要环节,校内实验站园是开展实践教学的重要场所,是培养大学生创新创业能力的重要平台。本文以山东农业大学植物保护实验站园为例,根据高校实践教学的需要和山东农业大学关于"三园"建设的要求,按照高标准、高起点、综合性及产学研深度融合原则,进一步探索实验站园的建设和管理,拓展站园服务功能,为人才培养、科学研究和社会服务提供平台支持。Practice teaching is an important part of undergraduate teaching of plant protection specialty.The experimental station is an important platform for practice teaching and cultivating college students ′ innovative and entrepreneurial abilities.This paper mainly took the experimental station of plant protection in Shandong Agricultural University as an example,according to the needs of practice teaching and the requirements of Shandong Agricultural University on the construction of "three parks".In accordance with the principles of high standards,high starting points,comprehensiveness and in-depth integration of production,education and research,further explored the construction and management of the experimental station park,expanded the service functions of the station park,and provided platform support for personnel training,scientific research and social services.
