摘　　要：目的研究EGFR及SOX-2在食管鳞状细胞癌中的表达情况,并进一步分析它们的表达与相关临床特征的关系,以及两者的相关性。方法采用免疫组化法分别检测EGFR、SOX-2在80例食管鳞癌中的表达情况,并对两者的表达情况进行统计学分析。结果⑴EGFR和SOX-2在食管鳞癌标本中有表达。⑵EGFR和SOX-2的表达情况与食管鳞癌标本的分化程度有关,与患者的性别、年龄、淋巴结是否转移无显著的相关性。⑶EGFR和SOX-2在食管鳞癌组织中的表达情况具有相关性。结论⑴SOX-2、EGFR在食管鳞癌中的阳性表达率及阳性表达程度随着肿瘤分化程度的降低而升高。⑵在食管鳞癌中,EGFR的表达与SOX-2具有协同相关性,联合检测能够为食管癌的诊断及评估预后提供可靠的理论依据。Objective To investigate the expression of EGFR and Sox-2 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and their relationship with clinical significance,and to further analyze the correlation between them.Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression levels of EGFR and Sox-2 in 80 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.The test results were analyzed by using the SPSS 20.0.Results 1.EGFR and Sox-2 were expressed in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.2.The expression level of EGFR and Sox-2 differed statistically with the differentiation of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,but had no statistical significance with gender,age and lymph node metastasis.3.The expressions of EGFR and Sox-2 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma correlated with each other.Conclusion 1.The positive expression rate and degree of Sox-2 and EGFR increase along with the decrease of tumor differentiation.2.Sox2 expression was positively associated with EGFR in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,which suggests that detection of both may be helpful for the diagnosis and treatment of esophageal cancer.
