摘 要:胶原蛋白是哺乳动物体内分布最为广泛的一类蛋白,由于具有良好的止血性能、免疫性能、支架作用等功能,成为生物医学领域中研究热点。3D打印技术逐渐在生物医学领域受到重视,并在器官移植和组织修复领域取得一些成果。因此,主要阐述胶原蛋白在3D打印中的应用进展,以及打印过程中所存在问题。Collagen was one of the most widely distributed proteins in mammals. Due to its good hemostatic performance, immune performance, scaffolding and other functions, it had been a new research hotspot in the field of biomedicine. The 3D printing technology had gradually attracted attention in the field of biomedicine, and had made some achievements in the field of organ transplantation and tissue repair. The application progress of collagen in 3 D printing and the existing problems in the printing process were mainly described.
