师范类专业认证背景下幼师院校的发展挑战及应对策略

摘　　要：在师范类专业认证背景下,幼师院校主要面临如何变规模优势为质量优势,如何变课程传统为课程特色,如何变发展惯性为发展动力等挑战。为有效应对这一系列挑战,幼师院校应当理性控制招生规模,强化师资队伍建设,优化课程体系建设,创新教育实践基地建设,建立师范类专业质量内部评估机制,从而将规模优势转变为质量优势,将课程传统转变为课程特色,将发展惯性转变为发展动力,实现专业发展模式从“粗放式”向“内涵式”的转变。Under the background of teachers’professional certification,the challenges kindergarten teachers’colleges will have to face are how to change from advantage of scale to that of quality,from curriculum tradition to curriculum features,and from development inertia to development motivation.To deal with the challenges effectively,kindergarten teachers*colleges should control the admission scale,strengthen the construction of teaching staff,optimize curriculum system construction,create teaching practicum bases,and set up assessment mechanism for preschool educarion majors,transforming the development model from extensive style to intensive style.
