摘　　要：基于新工科建设的背景下,高校的专业课程教育需要适应新时代高等教育的发展需要。但是目前我国的新工科建设,并未普及到全部高校和专业,尤其是地方应用型高校,这对地方高校的教育发展有一定阻碍,不利于全国高等教育的共同发展,也不利于专业之间的发展融合。本文主要以新工科背景下安徽科技学院的当前状况为例,分析化工基础教育中存在的问题,探讨可行的教学改革方案,进一步提高地方型高校学生的竞争力。Based on the background of the construction of new engineering,the professional curriculum education of colleges and universities needs to make certain changes to meet the needs of the development of the new era of higher education.But at present,Chinese new engineering construction does not spread to all colleges and professional,especially local applied colleges and universities,which has certain obstacles to the development of local colleges.It is not conducive to the common development of the national higher education,and is not conducive to the development of professional integration.Taking the current situation of Anhui Science and Technology University under the background of new engineering as an example,the problems in chemical basic education were analyzed,the feasible teaching reform plan was discussed,and the competitiveness of local university students was further improved.
