摘 要:“数理基础、科研训练、自由发展”是基础科学班一流创新人才培养的基本理念。基础科学班20年探索与实践,在因材施教、基础学科人才和跨学科人才培养等方面成效显著,为一流创新人才培养和教学改革提供了宝贵经验。本文追溯了基础科学班的创立与发展,总结了它的办学理念、指导方针、培养模式,以及一些具体的做法,旨在全面提升人才培养质量,为国家培养出更多优秀人才作出贡献。“Basis of mathematics and physics,scientific research training,and free development”is the key concept of training the first-class innovative talents of the Basic Science Class(Academic Talent Program)of Tsinghua University.Exploration and practice of the Basic Science Class for twenty years,have made remarkable achievements in teaching students in accordance with their aptitude,training talents in basic disciplines and interdisciplines,and provided valuable experience for the cultivation of the first-class innovative talents and teaching reform.Aiming to improve the quality of talent training and cultivate more excellent talents,this paper traces back to the establishment and development of theBasic Science Class,summarizes its key concept,educational guideline,cultivation mode,and some specific practices.
