摘 要:以总体幸福感量表(GWB)作为研究工具,对某镇中心完小100名教师进行问卷调查,探讨其主观幸福感现状。研究结果显示,该校教师主观幸福感各因子得分与全国常模相比,男性教师主观幸福感显著低于全国常模,并表现出显著性差异;女性教师得分略高于全国常模,并具有显著性差异;不同性别、年龄、学历、婚姻状况的小学教师在主观幸福感各因子上差异性并不显著;不同教龄的小学教师在对生活的满足和兴趣上,其主观幸福感具有显著性差异,在精力与对情感和行为的控制因子上,其主观幸福感具有非常显著性差异;不同专业的小学教师在对生活的满足和兴趣、松弛和紧张因子上的主观幸福感具有显著性差异。Applying General Well-being Schedule(GWB) as a research tool, this paper has conducted a questionnaire survey among 100 primary school teachers to explore their subjective well-being status. The results indicate that the scores of all factors among male teachers are significantly lower than the national average with significant difference;in contrast, female teachers score slightly higher than the national level but differences remain. Factors, however, like gender, age, education and marital status shows little difference in subjective well-being;teachers with different seniority have significant differences in satisfaction of life and interest;different majors cause differences in two factors: concentration and control of emotion and behavior.
