摘  要:随着当今社会在不断的发展,社会上人们的压力也是只增不减,而人们也学会通过健身来缓解压力,在各式各样的健身项目中瑜伽由于具有瘦身美体、调节压力等功效所被人们喜爱。高校为了跟随时代的脚步在教学活动中开展了健身瑜伽的教学课程,可是因为开展时间并不长,现阶段还处于对瑜伽的探索阶段,教学的效果并不太理想。因此,高校要想有效地提升瑜伽的教学活动,可以对其进行大胆的创新与不断探索,进而优化教学方式提高教学效果。With the continuous development of today’s society,the stress of people in society has only increased and decreased,and people have also learned to relieve stress through fitness.Yoga is popular in a variety of fitness programs because it has the effect of slimming,adjusting stress,and other effects.In order to follow the steps of the times,colleges and universities have carried out the teaching course of fitness yoga in teaching activities.However,because it has not been carried out for a long time,it is still in the exploration stage of yoga at this stage,and the teaching effect is not ideal.Therefore,in order to improve the teaching activities of yoga in colleges and universities,we can make bold innovation and continuous exploration to improve the teaching effect.
