摘　　要：一线教师撰写学术论文的常见问题包括主题不明确,题目及各级标题缺少逻辑关系,理论提炼能力薄弱,语言不够简洁;学术论文的写作建议包括突出主题,明确论点,尝试金字塔写作法,理论学习和实践反思相结合,尝试自改论文。The common problems in front-line teachers writing academic papers are:unclear topic,lack of logical relations between the topic and the titles at all levels,weak theoretical refining ability,and unconcise language.The suggestions for writing academic papers include:highlighting the theme,clarifying the argument,trying the Pyramid writing method,combining theoretical learning with practical reflection,and trying to revise the paper by oneself.
