摘　　要：以成果导向教育理论(OBE)为指导,在调研分析当下高校传统艺术设计人才培养问题瓶颈与提炼细化文化创意产业人才能力指标的基础之上,提出“德、学、能”三元融合艺术设计类人才培养运行系统和艺术设计人才培养路径,并以人才培养机制创新为突破口,积极开展协同育人的教学实践。Guided by Outcome-based Education(OBE)theory,based on the investigation and analysis of the bottleneck of the cultivation of talents majoring in traditional art design in colleges and universities as well as the refinement of the ability index of cultural and creative industry talents,this paper puts forward the three-dimensional integration of"morality,learning and ability"of system and paths for cultivation of talents in art and design,and proposes to actively carry out the teaching practice of collaborative education with the innovation of talent training mechanism as the breakthrough.
