摘 要:科学实施教学评价对提升职业教育质量具有重要作用。中国社会科学出版社出版的《职业院校质量诊断:授权评价理论与实践》,深入分析了教育评价范式发展的历史和现状,阐释了授权评价理论的内涵,基于第四代评估、组织学习和建构主义理论,设计了授权评价的应用程序,并在全国五省(市、自治区)的样本院校进行了实践验证。结果表明,授权评价体现了民主、和谐与群策群力,达到了较为满意的效果,为新时期职业院校教学质量诊断与评价提供了一套程序完整的“工具”,为职业院校开展内部质量评价工作提供了科学基础和实践指南。Scientific implementation of teaching evaluation plays an important role in improving the quality of vocational education.The“Quality Diagnosis in Vocational Colleges:Theory and Practice of Authorization Evaluation”published by China Social Sciences Press has deeply analyzed the history and current situation of the development of educational evaluation paradigm,explained the connotation of authorized evaluation theory,designed the application program of authorized evaluation based on the fourth generation of evaluation,organizational learning and constructivism theory,and carried out pilot practice in the sample colleges and universities of five provinces(cities,autonomous regions)in China.The practical results show that the authorized evaluation embodies democracy,harmony and collective efforts,and achieves a satisfactory effect.It provides a set of“tools”for the diagnosis and evaluation of teaching quality in vocational colleges in the new era,and provides a scientific basis and practical guidance for the internal quality evaluation of vocational colleges.
