摘　　要：英国是世界上继续教育成绩显著的国家之一,这与政府实施的一系列计划和措施是分不开的。《2017年技术与继续教育法》提出了诸多技术与继续教育改革的措施,对改善21世纪的英国技能短缺问题具有极大的推进作用。通过对此法案的介绍与分析,研究与借鉴英国继续教育的先进经验,在加强我国继续教育规范化和制度化建设等方面能提供有益的参考和启示。Britain is one of the countries with remarkable achievements in continuing education in the world,which is inseparable from a series of plans and measures implemented by the government.The"UK Technical and Further Education Act 2017"proposed a number of measures to reform technology and continuing education,which has greatly promoted the improvement of skills shortage in the UK in the 21st century.This paper introduces the detailed situation and advanced experience of this act,which will provide useful reference and enlightenment for further education standardization and institutionalization in China.
