职业教育产教融合政策执行成效的监测研究

摘　　要：职业教育大量产教融合相关政策的出台,促进了对政策执行成效监测的需求,教育行政部门和少数第三方组织已经着手进行了相关监测工作,但是存在第三方监测机构比较缺乏,监测体系不完善,企业没有完全纳入监测范围,监测活动的科学性有待提升等问题。有必要明确监测工作的主体和客体,增强政策执行成效和监测工作的科学性,构建有效的产教融合政策执行成效监测体系。The promulgation of a large number of policies related to the integration of industry and education in vocational education has promoted the need for monitoring of the effectiveness of the policy implementation.The education administration departments and a few third-party organizations have some monitoring work.But there are problems,such as the lack of third-party organizations,the monitoring system is imperfect,the enterprises are not included fully in the monitoring scope,and the scientific nature of monitoring activities needs to be improved.Therefore,it is necessary to clarify the subject and object of the monitoring work,enhance the scientificity of the effectiveness of policies implementation and its monitoring work,and build an effective monitoring system for implementation effectiveness of policies about integration of industry and education.
