摘 要:近年来,我国中医药专业技术人才队伍发展迅猛,这在很大程度上得益于人才激励机制的实施。本文针对现有人才激励制度的不足,结合我国中医药专业技术人才管理现状,分析并提出改进措施,对中医药专业技术人才进行有效激励,全力为高级人才创新创造营造良好环境,使得中医临床与科研并驾齐驱,实现组织和个人绩效的双赢。In recent years, the professional talent of traditional Chinese medicine has developed rapidly, which is largely due to the implementation of talent incentive mechanism. This article aims at the shortage of the existing talent incentive system, combining the current situation of TCM professional talents management, to analyze and propose improvement measures. Thus, effectively encouraging TCM professional talents, and striving to create a good environment for the innovation of advanced talents, so that TCM clinical and scientific research keep pace with each other, and achieve a win-win situation for organizational and individual performance.
