摘 要:基于学生的专业认同重塑及其合理建构建设视角,厘清其专业认同发展存在的障碍,从凝聚专业情感认同、强化专业认知能力、引导理性行为认同等途径,分析实践教学过程中专业认同形成的影响因素、结构及其功能,进一步发掘学生对专业价值的主动探索和对专业发展前景、专业与自身匹配度的理性强化作用,完善专业协同发展的长效性机制体制,以及开展尊崇林业立艺树人的文化教育。From the perspective of students'professional identity reconstruction and its rational construction,higher vocational forestry colleges should sort out the obstacles in the development of professional identity,consolidate professional emotional identity,strengthen professional cognitive ability,and guide rational behavior identification.We suggest that it should analyze the influencing factors,structure and functions of professional identity formation in the practice teaching process,further explore students'active exploration of professional value and rational strengthening of professional development prospects,professional and self-matching degree,and improve the professional development of professional development effective mechanism and system,as well as cultural education that respects the forestry and skillful people.
