摘  要:教学时间观是人们对教学时间本质和价值的理解以及相应的教学时间利用倾向。当前高校教学中,普遍存在一种管理逻辑的教学时间观,即一种立足于管理的目的,在管理的规律和思维影响下的教学时间观。其主要表现在,视教学时间本质为教学资源,以提高教学效率为时间价值追求,将计划和控制作为主要的时间利用手段。虽然,管理逻辑的教学时间观有其存在的历史性与现实性,但其局限在于,可能会造成教学只见时间不见人,更关注短期效率甚于长远效益以及忽视了教学过程的偶然性。实质上,从教学时间观视角来看,这些局限性都与教师如何看待教学中的人与时间的关系有关。因此,教师应该对教学时间的性质形成多元理解,在"适时"和"适人"的价值追求中找到平衡点,并且在具体的教学过程中,把握与学生学习相契合的时机和节奏。The concept of teaching time is people’s understanding of the essence and value of teaching time and the corresponding tendency of using it.At present,in the teaching of colleges and universities,there is a kind of teaching time concept of management logic,which isa teaching time view based on the purpose of management under the influence of the law of management and thinking.Its main manifestation is that the essence of teaching time is regarded as teaching resources,the pursuit of time value is to improve teaching efficiency,taking plan and control as the main means of time utilization.Although the concept of teaching time of management logic has its historicity and reality,its limitation lies in that it may cause teaching to be blind to time,pay more attention to short-term efficiency than long-term efficiency,and neglect the contingency of teaching process.In essence,from the perspective of teaching time,these limitations are related to how teachers view the relationship between people and time in teaching.Therefore,teachers should form a pluralistic understanding of the nature of teaching time,find a balance between the value pursuit of"timely"and"suitable for person",and grasp the timing and rhythm that coincide with students’learningin the specific teaching process.
