摘　　要：基于大学生创新创业教育背景,以胜任力模型为理论基础,通过访谈法构建大学生创业胜任力模型。从创业知识、创业能力、创新创业意识和创业特质等4个维度对大学生创业胜任力进行说明。同时,从大学生创业教育培养方案设计、创业教育协同模式设计和创业教育效果评价体系建设等3个方面,探讨大学生创业胜任力模型应用。Based on the background of college students’innovation and entrepreneurship education,and using the competence model as the theoretical basis,the college students’entrepreneurship competence model is constructed through interviews.Explain the entrepreneurial competence of college students from four dimensions:entrepreneurial knowledge,entrepreneurial ability,innovative entrepreneurial awareness and entrepreneurial characteristics.At the same time,it discusses the application of entrepreneurial competence model for college students from three aspects:the design of entrepreneurship education training program for college students,the design of collaborative model for entrepreneurship education and the construction of evaluation system for entrepreneurship education effect.
