摘　　要：在非完全信息重复博弈的前提下,利用KMRW声誉模型分析得出维持良好的声誉会给经理人带来更长远的经济效用,进一步采用2013~2017年上市公司数据,实证验证了股东监督以及经理人声誉对管理防御行为的约束作用,以期建立经理人的声誉评价和档案机制以及有效的监督管理机制,进而促进企业健康持久的发展。On the premise of incomplete information repeated game,this paper uses the KRMW reputation model to analysis to maintain a good reputation would bring longer-term economic benefits to manager and uses the data of listed companies in 2013~2017 to further empirically verify the binding effect of shareholder supervision and managers’reputation on management defense behavior,in order to set up the mechanism of managers’reputation evaluation and archives and to establish effective supervision,thus promoting the healthy and persistent development of enterprise.
