摘  要:现代学徒制是一种提高人才培养质量的新型模式,是解决中等职校人才培养与市场需求之间严重脱节的有效途径,而实训基地是现代学徒制实施的重要保障。从分析中等职校信息技术类专业实训基地的现状入手,围绕现代学徒制下信息技术类专业实训基地构建模式与运行策略进行了探索,从而总结出提升中等职校信息类专业人才培养质量的有效途径。Modern apprenticeship is a new mode to improve the quality of talent training,and an effective way to solve the serious disconnection between talent training in secondary vocational schools and market demand,while the practical training base is an important guarantee for the implementation of modern apprenticeship.Starting from the analysis of the current status of the training bases of information technology specialty in secondary vocational schools,the construction mode and operation strategies of the training bases of information technology specialty under the modern apprenticeship system are explored,and the effective ways to improve the talent training quality are summarized.
