摘  要:中职名师的成长不是一蹴而就,也不是偶然的,大多数中职名师的成长都有明确的职业生涯规划。在生涯规划指导下,分修炼期、磨练期、提炼期、教练期四个成长阶段。针对不同阶段的成长需求,通过PDCA管理,循环递进,促进名师快速成长。The growth of famous teachers in secondary vocational schools is not a one-time event,nor is it accidental.Most famous teachers in secondary vocational schools have clear career plans.Under the guidance of career planning,there are four growth stages:training period,steeling period,refining period and coaching period.According to the growth needs of different stages,the rapid growth of famous teachers is promoted through PDCA management and cyclical progress.
