摘  要:现代学徒制是基于岗位成才的职业教育人才培养模式,在课程体系建设时应考虑如何培养学生职业技能以尽快适应岗位需求,同时还应该考虑学生未来的发展需求。在学时有限的情况下,融合两种不尽相同的目标需求是必须仔细考虑的问题。将课程按照专业技术基础课、岗位课程和能力拓展课程三类进行设置是一种解决问题的思路。Modern apprenticeship system is a talent training mode of vocational education based on post development. In the construction of curriculum system, we should consider how to cultivate students’ vocational skills to meet the needs of posts as soon as possible, and at the same time, we should also consider the needs of students’ future development. In the case of limited school hours, the integration of two different target requirements must be carefully considered. Setting up the curriculum according to professional and technical basic courses, post courses and capability development courses is a way to solve the problem.
