医教协同“八共建”模式在“3+2”助理全科医生培养中的应用——以湖北职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：针对目前基层助理全科医生培养中的问题,湖北职业技术学院在医教协同背景下,从人才培养方案、人才培养模式、专业教学团队、专业课程标准、教学评价体系、产教融合教材、实习实训基地、合作攻关项目八个方面与医院进行共建,共同开展“3+2”助理全科医生培养,提高了人才培养质量。In view of the current problems in the training of assistant general practitioners at the grass-roots level,Hubei Polytechnic Institute,under the background of medical education cooperation,has practiced co-construction with the hospital from eight aspects such as talent training program,talent training mode,professional teaching team,professional curriculum standard,teaching evaluation system,production and teaching integration textbook,practice and training base,and cooperative research projects to push forward the training of"3+2"assistant general practitioners,which has improved the quality of personnel training.
