摘　　要：类胡萝卜素是一类具有特殊功能的物质,具有提供天然色素、营养强化和抗氧化的功能,被广泛应用于医药、保健、食品、饲料添加剂等方面,具有良好的产业和市场发展前景。文章主要研究类胡萝卜素最重要的三个产品β-胡萝卜素、角黄素和虾青素,对产品的合成方法、工业化生产和产业前景做了一定的研究。Carotenoids are a kind of special substances,which have the functions of providing natural pigments,nutrition enhancement and anti-oxidation.They are widely used in medicine,health care,food and feed additives,etc.,and are expected to have a good industrial and market development prospect.This paper mainly studies the three most important products of synthetic carotenoids,including betacarotene,canthaxanthin and astaxanthin,The synthetic method,industrial production and industrial prospect of various products were studied.
