摘 要:OBE在美国等一些国家已经有多年的理论与实践,而且在高等工程教育改革方面也取得了巨大成功。运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,以OBE教育理念为理论分析依据,对体育教育专业人才培养改革进行分析。结果发现:(1)在人才培养目标方面,重视学科导向而忽视目标导向;(2)在人才培养过程中,重视教学进度而忽视学习成果、强调孤立教学而非协同教学、强调教师主宰而非教师指导、重视竞争而忽视合作、重视证书而忽视成果;(3)在人才培养评价体系方面,重视比较性评价而忽视达成性评价。建议:(1)从成果出发,定位目标导向和毕业要求;(2)以毕业要求为导向,设计合理的教学内容,改革创新教学方法;(3)以成果为导向,设计多元化的学习成果评价体系。OBE has theoretical and practical experience in many years in some countries such as the United States,and has also achieved great success in the higher engineering education reform.The paper uses the methods literature review and logic analysis to study the reform of the physical education talent cultivation with the OBE education idea as the theoretical basis.The main findings are as follows.In terms of talent cultivation objective,subject orientation is emphasized and goal orientation is ignored.In the process of talent cultivation,teaching progress is emphasized and learning outcome is ignored,isolation teaching rather than collaborative teaching is emphasized,teacher domination rather than teacher guidance is emphasized,competition is emphasized and cooperation ignored,certificates are emphasized and results are ignored.In terms of talent cultivation evaluation system,comparative evaluation is emphasized and achievement evaluation is ignored.Suggestions are to start from the results,and to position goal orientation and graduation requirements;to design a reasonable teaching content based on graduation requirements,and to reform and innovat teaching methods;to design learning achievement evaluation system with outcome oriention.
