摘　　要：着眼于新工科背景下对民族院校培养专业人才的迫切要求,如何对民族院校现有教学模式进行改革,从而培养出不仅可以适应"新工科"人才,还可以肩负产业振兴的发展人才.以《通信原理》课程为例,根据民族院校的复杂情况,分析了传统教学内容、教学模式以及考核标准的弊端,提出因材施教制定教学内容,尊重差异制定教学方法,多样化考核标准适合民族院校的教学改革主要措施,形成了"互联网+教学""区块链+教学""翻转课堂""分层次教学"的弹性教改方案,以期能为其他民族院校以及其他电子信息类课程改革创新提供参考.This paper focuses on the urgent requirement of cultivating professional talents in ethnic colleges and universities under the background of new engineering subject,and how to reform the existing teaching mode.The main goal is to cultivate talents which can not only adapt to the"new engineering subject"talents,but also shoulder the development talents of industrial revitalization.To the"principles of communications"course as an example,we analyze the traditional teaching content,teaching mode and the disadvantages of assessment standard.We then put forward their aptitude to develop the teaching content,to respect differences in the teaching method,diverse evaluation criteria for the teaching reform,and the main measures of national colleges and universities.The"Internet+teaching""block chain+teaching""flip class",and"stratified teaching"flexible teaching plan are formed in order to help other ethnic colleges and universities.Other electronic information class curriculum reform innovations are provided for reference.
