摘 要:针对PWM整流器电压应力大、功率因数以及直流量控制复杂的问题,提出一种基于“PI+重复控制”的功率因数可调的三相电流型PWM整流器,其控制系统外环采用PI控制来稳定直流侧电流,内环采用改进的“PI+重复控制”调节网侧输入电流.首先给出三相电流型PWM整流器主电路的拓扑和滤波元件参数设计,然后对控制系统进行了建模分析与设计,最后利用Matlab/Simulink软件进行仿真实验.仿真结果表明,采用“PI+重复控制”的复合策略可以实现通过改变内环参考电流的相位改变功率因数,同时保证交流侧输入电流的高正弦度与输出直流侧电流的稳定.Aiming at the problems of large voltage stress,complicated power factor and DC control of PWM rectifier,this paper proposes a three-phased current-mode PWM rectifier with adjustable power factor based on PI and repetitive control.The outer loop of its control system adopts PI control to stabilize the DC side current,while the inner loop uses improved PI and repetitive control to regulate the grid-side input current.Firstly,the paper offers the main circuit topology of three-phased current-mode PWM rectifier and the parameter design of the main circuit filter components,and then designs the control system and carries out the modeling analysis and design.Finally,Matlab/Simulink software is used for simulation experiments.The simulation results show that the composite strategy adopting PI and repetitive control can change the power factor by means of changing the phase of inner loop reference current,and simultaneously ensure the high sine degree of AC side input current and the stability of output DC side current.
