基于隐喻认知的《黄帝内经》“女子不月”探讨

摘　　要：通过对《黄帝内经》有关"女子不月"的相关论述进行隐喻认知分析,发现古人对于女子月经的认知源于古代医家对于潮汐、瀑布等自然现象的观察。基于自然现象隐喻认知下月经的生理、病理机制,探讨什么是女子"月"经,古代医家们有关女子不月的相关论述是基于什么得出的,古人想要借助隐喻表达月经的哪些生理、病理性特征,《黄帝内经》女子月经的隐喻认知研究对于月经病的临床治疗又有哪些启发。This paper makes a metaphorical cognitive analysis on related discourses about"women failing to menstruate"in Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor(《黄帝内经》) . It is found that ancient people’s cognition on women’s menstruation originated from ancient doctors’ observation on natural phenomena such as tides and waterfalls. Based on physiological and pathological mechanism of menstruation under metaphorical cognition on natural phenomena,"menstruation"of women is explored. In ancient times,where did the doctors’ discourses on "women failing to menstruate"come from? What physiological and pathological features of menstruation did the ancients want to express by metaphor? What inspiration can metaphorical cognitive study,that on female menstruation in Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor based on metaphorical cognition,bring for clinical treatment in menopathy?
