摘　　要：国内外有大量研究表明,积极心理对于促进人们的心理健康、疾病康复、幸福感提升具有重要意义。但国内对积极心理学与护理学的交叉研究较晚,相关文献自2005年才逐渐增加。多项研究显示,积极心理学为改善心理健康状况带来了新的有效方法,它可以改变人的认知态度,以更积极、乐观的角度看待问题,不产生埋怨、悲观的消极情绪。这也更加坚定了运用积极心理学对护士进行心理干预,努力确保护士们身心健康,并提高护理质量。本文通过检索国内外相关文献,了解和分析将积极心理学应用于临床护理管理中来促进护士心理健康的现状,以探讨其临床价值及意义。There are a lot of researches both at home and abroad, which have shown that positive psychology plays an important role in promoting people’s mental health, disease recovery and happiness promotion.However, the cross research of positive psychology and nursing science is late in China, the related literature has only increased gradually since 2005. Several studies have shown that positive psychology has brought new and effective methods to improve mental health status. It can change a person’s cognitive attitude to become more positive and optimistic,instead of complaining and pessimistic negative emotions.It also strengthens the application of positive psychology to intervene in psychological condition of nurses,strive to ensure the physical and mental health of nurses, and improve the quality of nursing. In this paper,by searching the related literature at home and abroad, we can understand and analyze the current situation of applying positive psychology in clinical nursing management to promote nurses’ mental health, so as to explore its clinical value and significance.
