摘　　要：高职院校社团文化对学生综合职业素养和创新能力的培养具有重要作用。高职院校应重视学生社团文化建设,并将创新精神融入社团文化建设,培养高职学生的创新意识和创新能力。在建设社团文化的过程中,学校要注重构建社团创新生态管理体系,为创新能力培养提供制度支撑,注重营造创新文化氛围,为创新能力培养提供文化保障。The community culture of higher vocational colleges plays an important role in the cultivation of students’comprehensive professional quality and innovation ability.Higher vocational colleges should attach importance to the construction of students’community culture,integrate the spirit of innovation into the construction of community culture,and cultivate students’innovation consciousness and ability.In the process of building community culture,the school should pay attention to the construction of community innovation ecological management system,provide system support for the cultivation of innovation ability,pay attention to the creation of innovation culture atmosphere,and provide cultural guarantee for the cultivation of innovation ability.
