摘  要:为了对茶油的质量进行评价,对茶油掺伪进行科学的定性定量检测,采用气相色谱法对30个不同地点的油茶脂肪酸组成进行采集,利用SPSS软件对脂肪酸组成数据进行聚类分析和主成分分析,运用中药指纹图谱相似度评价系统对其脂肪酸图谱进行评价,构建脂肪酸标准指纹图谱并计算相似度。结果表明:聚类分析阈值取10.0时,把茶油样品分为两大类,剔除了一个差异性较大的吉安市安福县茶油样品,主成分分析得出四个主成分表达式,代表了茶油脂肪酸含量84.27%的信息,中药指纹图谱相似度评价出不同来源茶油样品脂肪酸组成有9个共有峰,并生成了茶油脂肪酸的标准指纹图谱,各样品脂肪酸组成相似度均达到90%以上,进一步验证了茶油样品脂肪酸组成信息的准确性和可靠性;此结果可为茶油的评价及质量监控提供强有力的理论依据。In order to evaluate the quality of tea oil and detect the adulteration of Camellia oil scientifically and qualitatively,the fatty acid composition of Camellia oleifera in 30 different places was collected by gas chromatography.The data of fatty acid composition were clustered and analyzed by SPSS software,and the similarity evaluation system of fingerprints of traditional Chinese medicine was used to evaluate the fatty acid composition.The fatty acid profiles were evaluated,the standard fingerprints of fatty acids were constructed and the similarity was calculated.The results showed that when the threshold value of cluster analysis was 10.0,the Camellia oil samples were classified into two categories,and a Camellia oil sample from Anfu County of Ji'an City was excluded.Four principal component expressions were obtained by principal component analysis,representing 84.27% of the fatty acid content of Camellia oil.The similarity of fingerprints of traditional Chinese medicine fingerprints was evaluated for the Camellia oil samples from different sources.There are 9 common peaks in the fatty acid composition of tea oil,and the standard fingerprint of the fatty acid composition of Camellia oil is produced.The similarity of the fatty acid composition of each sample is more than 90%.This further verifies the accuracy and reliability of the fatty acid composition information of Camellia oil samples.
