摘　　要：高等财经院校青年教师的专业基础知识、专业技能是提升高校教学质量的基本保证,教师的综合素质则是高校发展的关键因素。夯实基础理论知识,提高专业素养,是做好本科教学工作的前提;把握课程特点,拓展交叉学科知识,是提升教学能力的重点;更新教育理念,改进教学方法,是保证人才培养质量的手段。青年教师教学能力和综合素质的提高,对高校综合实力的增强具有重要意义和长远意义。The basic professional knowledge and skills of young faculties are the fundamental guarantee to improve the teaching quality of finance and economics college education,and the comprehensive quality of those teachers is the key factor for the development of colleges and universities.Tamping basic theoretical knowledge and enhancing professional quality are prerequisites for undergraduate teaching.Grasping curriculum characteristics and expanding interdisciplinary knowledge are the key points to improve teaching ability.Renewing educational ideas and improving teaching methods are the means to ensure the quality of talent training.The improvement of teaching ability and comprehensive quality is of great and long-term significance to enhancing the comprehensive strength of higher education.
