摘 要:目前普通本科毕业生创业以及就业竞争力日益减弱,而学科竞赛水平则成为衡量学生能力的重要指标;本文以VEX机器人工程挑战赛为例,分析竞赛内容及特点,指出了学科竞赛对于人才培养的作用和现阶段的不足,强调学生在学科竞赛中应着重培养自身的兴趣和创新思维,提高自主学习能力、实践能力以及团队协作能力,以此作为自身不受岗位和职业限制的可持续发展能力,从而提升创业就业的核心竞争力。At present,the entrepreneurship and employment competitiveness of ordinary college graduates are weakening day by day,and the level of subject competition has become an important index to measure students'ability.Taking the VEX Robotics Competition as an example,this paper analyzes the content and characteristics of the competition,points out the role of the subject competition in the cultivation of talents and the shortcomings of the present stage,and emphasizes that students should focus on cultivating their own interest and innovative thinking in the subject competition,and on improving their autonomous learning ability,practical ability and team cooperation ability,which serve as their own sustainable development abilities unrestricted by their posts and occupations,so as to enhance the core competitiveness of their entrepreneurship and employment.
