摘 要:开展外科住院医师的规范化培训具有非常重要的作用,对于提高学生的医学技能起到承上启下的作用。为了改善外科住院医师规范化培训效果,将PBL教学法应用到培训活动中。PBL教学法开展的核心因素是问题的选取和设定,问题必须具有典型性、难易适中且探索性较强,在实际开展过程中必须严格遵守PBL教学法开展流程,确保住院医师能在规范化培训中不断提升临床技能。Carrying out standardized training for surgical residents has an important role in improving their medical skills.In order to improve the standardized training effect of surgical residents,the PBL teaching method was applied to the training activities.The core factor of the PBL teaching method is the selection and setting of the problem.The problem must be typical,moderate and exploratory.In the actual training process,the PBL teaching method must be strictly followed to ensure that residents can continuously improve their clinical skills in standardized training.
