摘　　要：结合新型冠状病毒肺炎的中医药治疗现状,从中医学的认知与思维方法、辩证唯物观和文化自信的角度,探讨中医药学传承与发展的路径。提出坚定以中医学为代表的中华优秀传统文化自信,树立辩证唯物主义的世界观,掌握辩证唯物主义的认识论和方法论,对于建立中医药参与突发公共卫生事件的相关政策体系、健全中西医协作的长效机制、完善在中医药理论指导下的临床疗效评价体系以及改进医学人才培养体系和模式具有重要意义。Combining the current status of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) treatment of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19), this paper discusses the inheritance and development of TCM from the perspectives of TCM cognition and thinking methods, dialectical materialism and cultural self-confidence. It is suggested that we should have confidence of Chinese excellent traditional culture represented by TCM, and establish a dialectical materialist worldview, master the epistemology and methodology of dialectical materialism, and realize the importance of mastering a relevant policy system for TCM to participate in public health emergencies, improving cooperation between Chinese and western medicine, establishing the long-term mechanism, improving clinical efficacy evaluation system under the guidance of the theory of TCM, and improving the medical personnel training system and model.
