摘 要:在压缩图像重建过程中,针对重构效果不理想、耗时较长等问题,提出基于正交基压缩感知的激光雷达遥感图像重构方法。对激光雷达遥感图像进行预分块处理,分别计算不同图像块的纹理复杂度,当图像块纹理复杂度低于设定阈值时,选取最佳采样频率对不同的图像块进行观测采样,当图像块的纹理复杂度高于设定阈值,需要再次进行分块,并且重复上述步骤,直到获取最小图像块,则停止分块。通过观测采样结果,设定滤波,选取信号阈值,引入共轭梯度下降方法,对不同压缩比下的信号进行重建,实现激光雷达遥感图像重构。分析仿真实验结果可知,所提方法的最高运行时间约为17 min,远低于传统方法,表明方法能够有效提升图像的重构效果。In the process of compressed image reconstruction,the laser radar remote sensing image reconstruction based on orthogonal basis compressed sensing is proposed for the problems of unsatisfactory reconstruction and long time consumption.The pre-blocking processing of lidar remote sensing image is performed to calculate the texture complexity of different image blocks.When the image block texture complexity is lower than the set threshold,the optimal sampling frequency is selected to observe and sample different image blocks.The texture complexity of the block is higher than the set threshold,the block needs to be performed again,and the above steps are repeated until the minimum image block is acquired,and the block is stopped.By observing the sampling results,setting the filtering,selecting the signal threshold,and introducing the conjugate gradient descent method,the signals under different compression ratios are reconstructed to realize laser radar remote sensing image reconstruction.The simulation results show that the maximum running time of the proposed method is about 17 min,which is much lower than that of traditional methods.It shows that the proposed method can effectively improve the image reconstruction effect.
