摘  要:目的探讨基于“雨课堂”的三明治教学法在护理本科生精神科护理学理论教学中的应用方法及效果。方法2019年3月至6月以嘉兴学院2016级护理本科生为研究对象,在精神科护理学理论教学中,采用便利抽样法分组,1班(38名)为试验组,2班(34名)为对照组。试验组采取基于“雨课堂”的三明治教学法,对照组仍采取传统讲授法,施教于“精神分裂症患者的护理”、“神经症患者的护理”两个章节,通过比较两组学生测试成绩,问卷调查试验组学生及其课堂参与讨论的积极性,分析评价三明治教学法的教学效果。结果试验组学生试验章节的随堂测试成绩显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组97.37%的学生希望将三明治教学法应用于更多章节及课程教学中;试验组小组讨论与小组交叉讨论环节分别有73.69%和89.47%的学生主动参与课堂讨论。结论基于“雨课堂”的三明治教学法提高了学生学习的积极性和主动性,使学生成为课堂的主人,优化了课堂教学效果。Objective To explore the application and effect of Sandwich Teaching Method based on Rain Classroom in the theoretical teaching of Psychiatric Nursing for nursing undergraduates.Methods From March 2019 to June 2019,nursing undergraduates from grade 2016 in Jiaxing University were selected and divided into experimental group(n=38)and control group(n=34)by the method of convenient sampling.The students in experimental group were taught by the method of Sandwich Teaching based on Rain Classroom for the chapters of“Care of schizophrenic patients”and“Care of neurotic patients”.The students in control group were taught by traditional teaching method.The teaching efficiency were evaluated by theoretical knowledge test,questionnaire survey and the observation of students'participation in class.Results The test scores of experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).This teaching method was supposed to apply by 97.3%of the students in experimental group.73.69%and 89.47%of the students in the experimental group took the initiative to participate in the class group discussion and group cross discussion.Conclusions Sandwich Teaching Method based on Rain Classroom arouses students'enthusiasm and initiative in learning,which makes students become the master of the class and optimizes the effect of classroom teaching.
