摘　　要：欧洲大学协会,是欧洲博士生教育发展的智囊团,为欧洲博士生教育机构提供可靠、可行、可信的咨询。其职能涵盖搭建平台,组织博士教育研究和培训活动;审时度势,颁布博士生教育政策;以需为纲,提供智库定制化服务。欧洲大学协会形成了工作机制科学化、伙伴关系全球化、参与活动多样化等特点,在欧洲博士生教育改革和政策制定中发挥着举足轻重的作用,有力推动了欧洲博士生教育良性发展。我国应重视博士生教育智库的作用,致力于创建特色鲜明的博士生教育智库,提升博士生教育智库人员研究方法。Founded in 2001, the association of European universities is a think-tank for the development of doctoral education in Europe. Its functions include setting up a platform, organizing doctoral education research and training activities, assessing the situation, promulgating doctoral education policies, focusing on needs, providing customized think tank services, and forming a scientific working mechanism, global partnership, and extensive participation in the theme. It plays an important role in the reform and policy making of doctoral education in Europe and strongly promotes the sound development of doctoral education in Europe. It is suggested that China should attach importance to the role of think tank of doctoral education, devote ourselves to the establishment of think tank of doctoral education with distinctive characteristics, and enhance the research methods of the staff of think tank of doctoral education to strengthen the construction of think tank in China.
