摘  要:针对船用光纤陀螺罗经性能评估过程中存在的评价项目多样、属性多样、关系复杂,难以完全采用定量方法进行评估比对的问题,引入了基于模糊一致矩阵的模糊层次分析法的设计评估方法。基于模糊层次分析的船用光纤陀螺罗经性能评估方法通过将多标准决策问题转化为单一标准决策问题,可简捷清晰地求解出评估指标体系中各评估指标的权重。多型光纤陀螺罗经海试数据分析结果表明,该方法评估过程清晰、计算简便,能够清晰、高效地评价船用光纤陀螺罗经的总体性能。In order to solve the problems of various evaluation items, diverse attributes, complex relations and being difficult to use quantitative method to make evaluation and comparison in the performance evaluation process of marine fiber-optic gyrocompass, a fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP) method based on fuzzy consistent matrix is introduced. The performance evaluation method of marine fiber optic gyroscope compass based on FAHP can simply and clearly calculate the weight of each evaluation index in the evaluation index system by transforming the multi-standard decision problem into a single standard decision problem. The sea test data analytic results of multi-type fiber optic gyrocompass show that the evaluation process of this method is clear, the calculation is simple, and the overall performance can be evaluated clearly and efficiently.
