摘　　要：随着我国融入全球产业链的程度越来越高,供应链将面对更多的不确定性风险,企业的业务连续性接连受到挑战。文中从我国企业供应链当下遇到的各种不确定性环境分析着手,重点对供应链业务连续性管理(BCM)的应用现状和存在问题进行剖析,提出从政府和企业两个层面的解决措施,为企业供应链业务连续性管理提供了具体的借鉴思路。Supply chains will face more uncertain risks,and business continuity will be challenged one after another.This article starts with the analysis of various uncertain environments currently encountered by Chinese enterprises'supply chains,focuses on the analysis of the application status and existing problems of supply chain business continuity management(BCM),and proposes solutions from the government and enterprise levels It provides concrete reference for business continuity management of enterprise supply chain.
