河南省中等职业教育生源问题与对策分析

摘　　要：经过多年的发展,河南省的经济迈上了快车道,全省经济的产业结构调整也在持续进行。在这样的背景下,河南省提出了要重视发展职业教育的发展战略。但和其他层次的职业教育学校相比,近年来中等职业技术学校逐渐进入了发展困境,其关键即是由生源问题导致的。对现阶段河南省中等职业技术学校的生源问题进行研究,发现其生源无论是数量或质量都呈现出不同程度下降的趋势,同时还存在学生流失严重等问题。从不同视角分析,河南省中等职业技术学校出现生源问题的原因就在于社会文化认可度不高、生源市场混乱、政府政策不到位、就读中职学校经济收益低等,在此基础上,从文化、经济、政府职能、教育学等方面提出解决问题的具体措施。Through many years of development,the economy of Henan Province has entered a fast lane,and the industrial restructuring of the province’s economy has continued.In this context,Henan Province has put forward the development strategy of attaching importance to the development of vocational education.However,compared with vocational education schools at other levels,in recent years,secondary vocational and technical schools have gradually entered the developing dilemma,and the key is caused by the students.This paper studies the source of the secondary vocational and technical schools in Henan Province at this stage,and finds that the number of students has a different degree of decline in quantity and quality and is also in the problem of serious student loss.From different perspectives,this paper proposes that the reasons for the students of secondary vocational and technical schools in Henan Province are due to the low social and cultural recognition,the confusion of the student source market,the inadequacy of government policies,and the low economic returns of secondary vocational schools.Specific measures to solve the problems have been proposed under the vision of economy,government functions and education.
