摘　　要：在航运活动中,船员素质的高低是非常重要的。船员培训质量的提升能够给我国航运行业提供稳定的高素质人才。上海海事大学在船员教育培训质量方面开展了大量的工作,例如船员教育培训质量管理体系的建立、师资队伍建设、船员教育培训设施设备建设等,为提高船员教育培训质量提供了条件。In shipping activities,the quality of crew is very important.The improvement of crew training quality can provide stable high-quality talents for China’s shipping industry.Shanghai Maritime University has carried out a lot of work to improve crew training quality,such as the establishment of the quality management system of crew training,the construction of teaching staff,and the establishment of crew training facilities and equipment,which provides a reference for improving the crew training quality.
