摘 要:随着语音识别技术的成熟,能实现交互功能的机器人得到越来越广泛地应用。机器协同技术是在运动控制领域的一项较为成熟的技术,但在服务业的应用较少。提出一种基于多机器人协同的个性化客户服务系统,探索交互机器协同在服务业的应用,介绍并讨论了系统结构、协同方案与工作流程。该系统升级商家的服务模式,提升客户的购物体验,为客户提供个性化、人性化、便捷的服务。With the maturity of speech recognition technology, robots that can interact are more and more widely used. Machine collaboration technology is a mature technology in the field of motion control, but it is rarely used in the service industry. A personalized customer service system based on multi robot collaboration was proposed, the application of interactive machine collaboration in service industry was explored. The system structure, collaboration scheme and workflow were introduced and discussed. The system upgrades the service mode of merchants, improves customers′shopping experience, and provides customers with personalized, humanized and convenient services.
