摘　　要：分析了在微格训练过程中,以"教学技能训练"课程为依托,树立积极的教学设想和教学态度,结合学生学情,通过探索微格训练内容,在把握训练原则基础上,创新微格训练模式,从而进一步提升师范专业学生的教学能力。In the process of microteaching,based on the"teaching skills training"course,we established a positive teaching concept and teaching attitude.Combined with the emotions of students,by exploring the content of micro-grid training,and on the basis of grasping the training principles,innovating the micro-teaching model,so as to further enhance the teaching ability of normal professional students.
